Personal:  Mihai was borned and raised in Sibiu, Romania until the age of seven, when his family moved to Greensboro, NC.

Education and Training:  He attended Appalachian State University, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, with a minor in Criminal Justice.  After earning his Bachelor’s degree, Mihai worked at a general practice civil litigation firm in Boone, NC.  In 2016, he graduated from Campbell University School of Law in Raleigh, NC.

Professional:  Mihai joined Johnson and Nicholson, PLLC in early 2018.  He handles immigration, criminal and family law cases.  His background includes interning at the North Carolina Industrial Commission handling various workman’s compensation claims.  He has also worked at the U.S. Department of State handling a wide variety of tasks requiring constant contact with United States embassies abroad.

Mihai is a member of the North Carolina Bar, Mecklenburg County Bar, United States District Court for the Western District of North Carolina, and American Immigration Lawyers Association.

Languages:  He is also fluent in Romanian.

Family:  During his free time Mihai enjoys spending time with his family in Greensboro, NC.  He also enjoys off-roading, being out on the lake and Carolina Panthers football.
